My Story

Adwoa Boama Acheampong · Miss Acheampong Analyst

From curiosity to creation: a Ghanaian journey in grit, faith and design.

I was the child who took things apart to see how they worked — and then rebuilt them into something better. That child never really left.

Chapter One

Roots & Curiosity

I grew up in Ghana surrounded by a culture that teaches you to look backward in order to move forward — Sankofa. My earliest memories are of asking "why?" until the adults ran out of patience. Why does the market pulse at certain hours? Why do some traders thrive while others fold? Why do systems that look identical from the outside produce such different outcomes?

I have always been interested in the interface between people, process and technology. That curiosity shapes how I approach business questions, requirements and the systems people use every day.

The best systems are not the most complex — they are the ones that makes things easy. Everything I build starts from that conviction.

Resilience & Faith

I have worked through stalled projects, difficult partnerships and plans that needed to change.

My faith helps me return to difficult work, understand what went wrong and decide what to change. Gye Nyame reminds me of the place of faith in my life and in how I approach those decisions.

Leadership & Creation

The Adinkrahene — the "chief of Adinkra symbols" — is three concentric circles radiating outward. It is the symbol of leadership by example, of greatness that draws others into alignment rather than demanding it. That is the kind of leader I try to be, and the kind of organization I try to build.

I bridge operational, executive, and technical teams, turning business needs and data into clear requirements, actionable insights, and scalable AI-enabled solutions.

I am a networker, a collaborator, and a builder. I delegate with empathy because I know what it is like to be the person doing the work. I measure success through clearer processes, useful evidence and systems that people can work with.
